Farewell from The KOW Company

Today is my last day at The KOW Company. From a fresh graduate to an industry researcher with over a year and three months of experience, this journey has been deeply shaping for both my career and my life. I’m leaving to pursue other plans. I’ll share more about soon. During my time here as a Junior AI Researcher, I worked on graph-based pipelines and chain-of-thought reasoning to improve multimodal interpretation in Vision-Language Models, led research on specialized VLMs for diagram understanding, and integrated explainable AI principles to tackle black-box problems. Our work resulted in a paper accepted at ICDAR 2026 on stroke-level connectivity verification for diagrams, along with multiple other papers currently under review. #Farewell #Gratitude
